Unfinished hilltop sculpture with 16 massive pillars carved with scenes from Georgian history and the life of Christ, plus sweeping views over Tbilisi and the Tbilisi Sea. Reachable by taxi/Bolt (about 15–20 minutes), parking is informal — take a local or guide to explain the inscriptions and allow 30–40 minutes.
