Giant “mother” khinkali—six khinkali wrapped into one—along with a much-talked-about mushroom soup and shkmeruli (creamy garlic chicken) make it worth the trip. Upstairs terrace near the baths offers a nice view; balcony is often reserved, so arrive early or check availability.
